The drying cycle has been running for a few days, but the humidity in the wood does not drop, what can I do?
We pause the cycle for a few hours without opening the door and actuate the kiln again. The objective is to test whether the wood moisture in the kiln can reopen the wood pores.
I have a very high UGL (air humidity) value but the chimneys do not open. What can I do?
You have to check the UGL block parameter that states below which temperature both the chimneys and the re-humidification system will not operate even if required.
I need a drying programme for a type of wood I have never dried, what can I do?

Can I also load different thicknesses of the same timber together in the same drying cycle?
Yes, by setting up the cycle with probes inserted into the timber with the greater thickness, the drying cycle will be conducted by the timber with the greater thickness and the timber with the lesser thickness will wait for the timber with the greater thickness.
I don’t have enough timber to load the whole kiln, what can I do?
Try to place the load in a central position, making sure to close all air passages. In this way, all the air will circulate in the timber.
